| After the glorious announcement of the Resurrection, we process around the church 3 times singing "Thy Resurrection O Christ our Savior, the angels in Heaven sing: enable us on Earth, to glorify Thee in purity of heart!" After the procession we gather at the entrance to the church, hear the Gospel proclaiming that the myrrh-bearing women have found the empty tomb, sing the Paschal Troparion "Christ is Risen from the dead, trampling down death by death, and upon those in the tombs bestowing life!", and reenter the church to find the tomb replaced by the icon of the Resurrection. |
